Psychological care and support with Lisa begins with a comprehensive mental health assessment and diagnosis. Working together you will then develop a shared understanding of what your distress i​s about, why it is occurring, and what is keeping it going. From there, Lisa assists you to develop a treatment plan that will reduce your current distress quickly.  Then you will be helped to work through patterns of behaviour, emotion, thinking, and relationships to make long-term change to improve your life and experience.

Please note: the practice operates on Thursdays and Fridays only.
